This luxurious estate sits in the historic centre of Guagnano, a small town about 23 km from Lecce, in the area known as Terra d'Arneo.
A vast and varied territory shaped by wild vegetation, where Mediterranean scrub alternates with oak and Aleppo pine woods, and a countryside rich in vineyards and olive groves, dotted with dry-stone walls, "pajare" huts, centuries-old farmhouses, manors and noble villas set among gardens.
Fully restored in keeping with its original character, using fine materials and finishes, the estate is arranged around a distinctive inner courtyard that separates the ancient olive mill from the house.
All the rooms have star or pavilion vaults, finished down to the last detail and thoughtfully furnished. There are four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. From the central hall, with its stone fireplace, you can enjoy a lovely view over the courtyard and the olive mill.
The original kitchen has been fully restored, complete with all appliances and a coffee machine. The house has two garages, one internal and one external.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
